We deliver evidence-based programming to develop the player as a whole. This begins with developing the major movement patterns, while also improving strength, power, and mobility. Once a foundation has been laid our programs are then tailored to meet the unique demands of each sport and individual athlete, ensuring that you're always prepared to perform at your best.
At ACME one of our main objectives is to bridge the gap between advanced training and education offered to top professionals and individuals who aspire to attain a similar level of expertise or enhance their skills.

MITCH
With 10 years of experience in the Fitness industry, Mitch brings knowledge and passion to the athletes he works with.
Mitch completed a Bachelor of Sport & Exercise Science in 2018 where he also took part in an internship with the Western Region Academy of Sport. This allowed him to work with youth athletes across multiple different sports. In 2013 Mitch was lucky enough to complete work experience at both the Penrith Panthers and Newcastle Knights Strength and Conditioning teams.
More recently, Mitch has worked with a handful of Australian-level athletes in different sports. He also coaches several field and court-based athletes at varying competitive levels, along with combat athletes in MMA and Boxing.
JASE
Jase is a highly experienced strength and conditioning coach with a proven track record of helping clients achieve their fitness and performance goals. With a background in professional sports and a passion for athletic development, Jase brings a unique perspective to the world of strength and conditioning.
Having embarked on a coaching career in 2010, Jase went on to open his own gym in 2017. Prior to his transition to strength and conditioning, Jase dedicated several years to pursuing a rugby league career, notably with the Parramatta Eels and Newcastle Knights from 2009 to 2016. Despite facing challenges due to injuries during his career, this experience fuelled Jase's passion for developing strong, resilient athletes and guiding them toward longevity in their sporting endeavors.
Fuelled by a desire to transform the landscape of athletic development in Australia, Jase is committed to sharing his knowledge and expertise with individuals seeking to excel in their sports performance journey. Through ACME Performance Training, Jase aims to empower athletes and fitness enthusiasts alike with individualised training programs, expert guidance, and a strong foundation of education to unlock their full potential and achieve their dreams.
