At ACME, we tailor our service depending on what your schools needs are.

Our sport development programming is based on each athlete's experience and abilities to meet them at their current stage of development. We achieve this through three tiers of programming that athletes progress through as they advance in their training journey:

Level 1: Focuses on establishing foundational skills in major movement patterns such as squatting, hinging, lunging, pushing, pulling, and core development. Athletes develop kinaesthetic awareness and learn proper movement techniques across various exercises.

Level 2: Introduces weighted implements like dumbbells, kettlebells, and other tools to the major movement patterns. This stage serves as a foundation for building strength and power.

Level 3: Tailored for athletes with advanced kinaesthetic awareness who excel in complex movements under loaded and challenging conditions. Building upon Levels 1 & 2, this level incorporates greater complexity with the inclusion of barbells and additional equipment.

All levels also include tailored plyometrics, conditioning and mobility which is set from our initial testing
