How it works
We’re seeking 10 dedicated athletes (not motivated- motivation doesn’t create winners…DISCIPLINE DOES) to take part in our highly sought-after 2024/2025 training campaign. We want you to win as much as you do. If you win - we win. become a part of a brand that cultivates hard-working individuals. Our program will FOCUS ON - building strength and size. Developing stable joints and becoming faster. (Yes you can train speed and get faster)
Strength
4 days of strength work broken into 2 upper body sessions and 2 lower body sessions.
Speed & Agility
2x Acceleration, top speed, and change of direction sessions p/w. This is done through a variety of speed drills, sprints and plyometrics, carefully periodised over 10 weeks to ensure maximum benefit
Injury prevention
Are you sick of the body feeling banged up? Each strength day includes resiliency work to strengthen high-risk injury areas so you can hit pre-season confident the body will do what’s needed.

This 10-week program comes with 6 days of programming. Broken into 2 upper-body days 2 lower-body days and 2 speed & agility sessions

Ideally a gym with barbells, dumbbells, and some basic machines. However, we can suggest alternate exercises if you don't have access to anything.
Speed and agility days will need to be done on a field with 40m of space for sprints.

Behind the program

Mitch completed a Bachelor of Sport & Exercise Science in 2018 where he also took part in an internship with the Western Region Academy of Sport. This allowed him to work with youth athletes across multiple different sports. In 2013 Mitch was lucky enough to complete work experience at both the Penrith Panthers and Newcastle Knights Strength and Conditioning teams.

Having embarked on a coaching career in 2010, Jase went on to open his own gym in 2017. Prior to his transition to strength and conditioning, Jase dedicated several years to pursuing a rugby league career, notably with the Parramatta Eels and Newcastle Knights from 2009 to 2016. Despite facing challenges due to injuries during his career, this experience fuelled Jase's passion for developing strong, resilient athletes and guiding them toward longevity in their sporting endeavors.
